Decent wash but I would like to see more hand washing as you enter the wash like other companies. I had a few times where my car had severe water spots on it. It was like the rinse was soap. I want to see this improve so I feel confident in joining the membership. Otherwise I have to drive to Covington.

Actual car wash is great, Staff was never a problem. It's the membership complications that are a HUGE issue. You have to constantly renew. I renewed, with the employee's help but couldn't use the service. No one called back about solving the problem so I disputed the transaction with my bank and got a refund. Come to find out my husband's card is still being charged for the membership AND we still can't use it....the gate doesn't let up when we get there and the screen prompts use to renew, again.
