She informed me before each product she put on my hair on what it does and why she was using it. She consulted with the owner, who took time to look over my hair to advise and agree with what Danielle planned to do to fix my hair. The both genuinely seemed to care about the condition and health of my hair to make sure that it was not over processed and did not get damaged any further.
