The service technicians that came over to install my new unit were Knox and Anthony. Their customer service was fantastic. They explained everything that they were doing. They were polite and friendly. I can tell that they were very hard workers. Anthony did not waste any time installing the new unit. He knew each step like the back of his hand. These were fantastic workers that did their job well. The manager needs to give these workers a BIG HUGE bonus !!! and increase their pay to !! 😁
