who ever the manger over this department sucks no good customer service I came in for a oil change talk to one person she say two cars in front of me ok I waited everybody done and walked pass me didn't say anything to me I been waiting for a hr for a oil change I come out the door to check if anyone started all the workers are gone the customer service sucks

4 stars to the mechanics. They do menial tasks (tires, oil changes, etc.) in a timely and acceptable manner. Paying for the services, however, is a whole different ordeal. It took the cashier longer to ring me up than to have my oil changed. Actually, she never did it, I had to pay at the front and walk back to get my keys. Understand sometimes we have life problems, or sometimes computer issues. However, you should not ignore a customer asking you questions who is right in front of you. How Ashley still has a job anywhere with her attitude is beyond me. If you go in and see someone with a name tag that says 'Ashley' manning the checkout, come back later, or... read full review
