I was told to come to this salon by the owner which she was an hour late, I showed her my not permed hair and she looked at it and told me to send her some pictures of how I wear it when it use to be permed I did that and she also told me she could do it the following Tuesday but I heard nothing, no text , or phone call, I was wondering why did I have to send you pictures of my hair when she knew from the beginning she was not interested in doing my hair and wasting my time. This is bad business but she suppose to be running a business. I would not recommend the owner of this salon to fix hair, with the experience I received she is very unreliable a 0 is really my rating...read full review
