We needed an MSP due to our IT person leaving the company with short notice and Alex and his gang were recommended to us. Alex jumped in and gave us a quote for services after a very long meeting to understand our needs. The quote was fast and right in our budget. We have been working with them for a few months now and the service has been nothing short of amazing. Tier 2 is an amazing company. They have a great system. We were becoming exhausted keeping up with Microsoft's demands and ever more complicated security challenges. They have a sophisticated, all encompassing system for taking over computer maintenance and support. A big load has been lifted off of my shoulders now that we are under their care.
