Tier 2 is an amazing company. They have a great system. We were becoming exhausted keeping up with Microsoft's demands and ever more complicated security challenges. They have a sophisticated, all encompassing system for taking over computer maintenance and support. A big load has been lifted off of my shoulders now that we are under their care.
