Visited over the weekend and came here based off the reviews. I came in for a mani and pedi, I got a nice greeting. Told her I wanted a mani/pedi. She loaded the water to do my pedicure but I noticed their were toenails and chipped nail polish floating in the water. I refused to put my feet in until she cleaned it. I told her and she was very nice and cleaned it. My pedicure came out very nice by the way. I go over to the chair to get my manicure done by another lady named Kim. Everything was going smooth until the end. Mind you they were short staffed, only 2 women were working. My hubby goes to the barbershop in this plaza, so I decided to come over here with him & visit this spot during his appointment. I walked in...& wasn't greeted as I would expect & have been in similar places in the past. When I was greeted by a guy doing a pedi, it was, "what would you like done"? Bad sign. I just wanted my toe nails polished, so I let him know. As directed, I went over to chose my color. I'm almost immediately approached by a man who asked me the question I'd JUST answered.
