I wanted to thank Robbie who did our carpets last week. He had done them twice before and I was so impressed with the quality and care they showed us! I asked for him specifically and will always ask for him! He is very thorough and will not give up till stains are gone! And they don't show back up when carpet dries! He also did our grout on my porcelain tile kitchen and bathroom floors and they looked brand new! Robbie is a very personable worker, professional, and deserves a raise with you all! I had 4 rooms and a hallway cleaned and it looks like new carpet has been installed. Even the realtor was surprised at how good the carpet looks. The two young men were very professional and did the job in about thirty minutes. Thank you Stanley Steamer!

Our HVAC unit was recently replaced and when it was being taken out of the attic, a huge amount of water was spilled onto our floor that left a large stain. Mika and Mathew came out today to clean the carpet. I was blown away with the level of professionalism, kindness, communication, and attention to detail they showed. They both had positive attitudes, were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable about our situation. What I loved most is that they took the time to do it right which made me feel like they did the job correctly as if they were working on their own home.
