Sparks offers a variety of classes/styles and is a really welcoming community. I walked in a year ago never having practiced yoga and immediately felt welcomed. We had a private AIReal yoga class for my daughter and her friends which was really fun too! It keeps getting better!

The studio and lobby has a positive environment, even if your more advanced or just a beginner. There are refreshments like water and Powerade as well nutrition bars. Everyone here is lovely and will build you up as well as make you feel welcome. The instructors do a lovely job of making sure everyone understands how to get into poses.

I have been attending Sparks Yoga since July 2023, and cannot say enough about the professionalism and warmth of this studio! It has been an integral part of my wellness journey and I’m so grateful for the staff and participants that have been so wonderful on every level! Sparks is a wonderful part of my life.
