Austin was polite and professional. He was on time for the appointment and very efficient in his work. He did an excellent job installing our new toilet and the price was very reasonable. Left the area neat and clean. I will definitely be using this company again.

The service provided was outstanding and handled very quickly. However, I was told the day before that someone would be at the house between 8am and 10am but more closer to 8. One individual showed at around 1030 but didn’t have the equipment on hand to do anything so had to wait until 1115 when second vehicle showed up with equipment. So that part of customer service needs some work.
