The service provided was outstanding and handled very quickly. However, I was told the day before that someone would be at the house between 8am and 10am but more closer to 8. One individual showed at around 1030 but didn’t have the equipment on hand to do anything so had to wait until 1115 when second vehicle showed up with equipment. So that part of customer service needs some work.
Avery was an excellent technician. He was very professional and efficiently diagnosed and fixed our sewer blockage issue. Our problem happened on the weekend and Avery arrived on time and within the anticipated service window provided by the company. I would use Avery and Roto Rooter - Macon again.
