Mike, the technician who provided us with outstanding service on Monday, was a lifesaver! Mike was the technician that responded to our emergency service call several days prior. He examined our system, tested several options for repair or replacement and explained everything to us. As we were several days away from payday, Mike made arrangements with the HVAC supervisor to make sure the needed parts would be available and our home was one of the first serviced Monday morning. I ended up calling Ricky Heaths company because another reputable HVAC company suggested I needed to purchase a new part for my system and I patiently waited for the part to come in which I kept following up. 2 weeks went by during the heat wave and I never got an update so I called Ricky’s and they were able to solve the issue without needing to purchase a new part and now my house is cooling much faster. Highly recommend!
