They were very helpful and professional. Nicole was pleasant and always available to answer questions and concerns. The facility atmosphere was very inviting and comfortable for my family to wait. I would definitely recommend them to others. Monica, Otto and other staff were very nice and polite during our encounter.
I want to take this time to express how Richard Robinson Funeral Home and your services made a positive impact on my family for the genuine care & compassion that was shown in many ways at a not so pleasant time in our lives. The home going celebration for our brother Melvin Williams far exceeded our expectations and I want to personally thank Nicole for being so kind and attentive to our needs.
