One Nerd Solutions is ran by a WONDERFUL person named Kayla! She managed to keep me from having an absolute meltdown when my gaming PC crashed. She was friendly, helpful, and kept me up to date throughout the process. My issue was handled professionally and quickly. She is super friendly and I really appreciate the fact that she was upfront with possible diagnoses based on what I said over the phone so that way I knew what I was potentially facing.
