I think the reason I've been so successful as an adult is because of the discipline I learned as a pre-teen and teenager at Ahn's. This is not fun-and-games; it's genuine education in self-respect, and if you take it seriously, I sincerely believe the skills you learn actually make you smarter. Grandmaster Ahn apparently taught CIA agents or something, and his son is no weaker or less-impressive. Definitely recommend this place for martial arts in Middle Georgia and that you go at least 3 times a week if you want the maximum benefit.
