I booked an appointment over the phone last weekend for a mani pedi before I fly to NY for a wedding as a friend recommended them but when I called ahead to confirm my appointment I was told they had no appointment for me. The man answering the phone was hard to understand and he did not understand me either but he said to go in. When I arrived there was no greeting as I stood there but eventually a voice told me to get my polish and take a seat for a pedicure. All heads were down with no acknowledgement of me being there. Lucy did a wonderful job on my nails today. I got a regular polish manicure and she was very thorough with my cuticles and did a great job with the polish. She is very sweet too. If you don’t have cash for a tip, ask for their Venmo! They didn’t mention the tip, but I brought it up because I wanted to make sure she got one. They were great :)

I always have an amazing experience here and the staff remembers my name and asks about my family. Today my nail tech went above and beyond and made my Mickey Halloween Magic Dreams come true!
