Walked in, greeted immediately!! We didn't check in online because we had planned to go to sport clips. (Big mistake) We did have about a 40 minute wait time because everyone waited until last minute (just like us 😂) to get school cuts.

The lady cutting my grandsons hair did an amazing job. Delana I do believe her name was. I will absolutely go back to that location. 10/10
Bottom Line: Linda and Delana, take very good care of me and both are consummate professionals. But I wish Great Clips would make it easier for me to make sure only these two ladies cut my hair by allowing me to schedule with them. The early check-in app helps, but I first need to call to see if they are on duty.
I love that the shops are open more hours than any other institution. I understand that the business model encourages customers to believe that every professional has equal skills and personalities and encourage customers to accept the next available professional to cut one's hair. But nothing could be further from the truth!
I came in for a big chop but knew exactly what I wanted. Showed Donna my inspo pic and she was totally reassuring. I explained what I liked about inspo pic and she had the skill set to put it motion. Thank you so much Donna! I love my hair!
