I bring my mother in law here the only issue we have is waiting 2 or more hours for her appointment oh and they never return her phone calls when she calls needing stuff. Why should you still be waiting at 1:33 when her app was at 11:30!??? Get it together people

I started coming here because my PCP changed practices. The staff is friendly but, trying to get a prior authorization for prescriptions to be filled is like treading water in concrete boots. The doctor wants to know why I don't get my scripts filled on time, well your nurse keeps dropping the ball. Either get her some help or a better process.

I had an excellent experience with this office. I saw NP Tiffany Carswell and I was very pleased with my visit. She took blood work on me and I had an EKG done. She referred me out to. Cardiologist. I also gave a urine sample. She extensive notes on my health and scheduled me for a follow up visit. For the first time in many years I felt I had good visit with a medical professional. Ms. Carswell listened to me. I did not feel rushed. I was reading the comments below and I am surprised this place is fee based.
