This is the worst place EVER! My glasses broke and I took them in. Thank goodness they were under warranty. I was promised my new frames would arrive in 7
to 10 business days. I called and called and nobody gave a damn. Here I sit over TWENTY business days later and cannot see. I Will NEVER set foot in there again. They are the WORST!

I so wish I took pictures of this place! It's like stepping into the matrix. I was trying to figure out why Eye Designs doesn't have that many reviews after I went in on 8/17/2018, because this place really is amazing! The older crowd in the waiting area gave me my answer as to why there weren't a lot of reviews. The facade of this building doesn't do the professionalism inside the building any justice. From the decor to the staff I was blown away by my experience! I was in and out pretty quick because of the ample, great staffing and even though my insurance didn't cover my glasses from this location. They told me reliable places I could go to actually get the glasses....read full review

Everyone here is excellent - knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. I have had to go in a couple of times to get torn contacts out of my eye, and Alan has been wonderful! They really care about their customers.
