Mark Chambers is very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He is easy to talk to and explained
the issues until I understood. He is friendly, down to earth, personable and shoots straight from the hip.
I look forward to a long association with Dass HVAC.
Very highly recommend Mark and DASS. He fixed AC within 2 hrs of me contacting him and just like he said by night fall We went from the 90s to 76 degrees and within just a couple hours Kittys were off of kitchen floor and back on top of me and Each Other on the couch like normal lol. Thank you Mark.
Mark has been absolutely amazing! Our AC was giving us a lot of issues and he didn’t stop until he figured it out. We really appreciated the time and attention he spent on making sure everything was right and keeping us in the loop the whole time. I would 100% recommend using them!
