I can not understand the negative comments on Cottons Appliance Repair LLC.Marcus and Contrina restored my faith in humanity.My dryer stopped working, Marcus quickly found the problem and changed the thermal unit. He changed the duct from the dryer vent to a better product and never charged me.He also, checked my washer drain issue.His right hand on the telephone is Contrina, she is an angel!They gave me a time for service and was very prompt. He was very professional and polite. Best of all, he actually knew what he was doing! This man is honest and fair. I would hire him to repair any appliance in my house and would highly recommend.Service: Washer/dryer repair
