We contacted Mr. Collins after a recommendation by some friends who previously used their service when purchasing a home. We have lived in the same house for 15 years, one which we used a cheaper inspector for prior to purchase, and have always regretted it because not long after we moved in we started having issues. We knew we wanted someone thorough, honest, and that would show us the issues and help us understand.
