HONEST REVIEW from the position of caregiver/family member when bringing a loved one to become a patient at their ER.
They last 4 visits -
1- Early ’25, requesting medical clearance for pre-arranged & -approved admission into local youth crisis stabilization unit (13 year old daughter w/ history of suicidal ideation had taken 1 extra dose of medications to prompt inpatient stay).
2- Mid/Late ‘25, arrived on ambulance from home, requesting evaluation and treatment for bright red bloody stools x 3 days and new altered mental status (elderly client with stage 4 decompensated cirrhosis & encephalopathic dementia, no long able to care for self due to worsening...read full review
I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Kelsay McFall, DO. From the moment she entered the room, her presence was both warm and reassuring. She has a rare combination of professionalism and genuine compassion that immediately puts you at ease.
What stood out most was her attentiveness, she truly listens. I came in with multiple concerns, and she took the time to address each one thoroughly without rushing. Went today for X-ray and blood work. Everyone was friendly and professional, except for lady window in X-ray. She could use a shot of friendliness. X-ray and blood work at same place. Was told on the phone before going that they were in two different buildings.??? Anyway, it was all good.🙂. Just go to registration at entrance to main hospital.
