Got checked in yesterday the staff was so great yesterday but today’s staff was not very nice at all they were extremely rude to me for no reason I was very respectful to everyone there I was in room 567 the staff there today really needs to learn a better bedside manner
I was at piedmont Er on Monday. I have a lot of kidney stones from a the time Nurse I got here at 11:00 AM by 3:30 pm P.m.. I was in surgery. I have been several times always had great service But this time was really different from my doctors to my nurses to my tech to Housekeepers the breakfast attendances Amazing These ones on the fifth floor they know It’s all about taking care of your patience not just a bedside manners. Mrs Varne Warrer amazing lady Adrienne , Crystal I was here from Monday 1/15-1/22/24 I hope and prayer that when I have to be back in about three I get the same flood same room same everyone. I've been to this ER multiple times, as I had some issues during my early pregnancy. Even though I live closer to atrium, I would come here and glad I did! They were always so quick to see me and run tests to figure out what was up. Every visit, Drs and nurses were awesome.
