I am the nurse navigator at Pruitt Health Macon on Anthony Road. I want to say that the Macon Apria office is fabulous. I had a situation with a resident I discharged who needed oxygen setup ASAP. At almost 5pm and closing I called and spoke with Scott. He and the team immediately went into action and worked with me to get the delivery done quickly and with great efficiency. I can’t thank them enough for their service and their commitment to patient care. When trying to thing of who would help me on short notice I immediately thought of Apria. They were outstanding. Thank you again and I highly recommend them for your DME needs. Great team.
Hello, Blessings to the person whom I spoke with last for quick response resolution of my issues and courtesy call back call about my delivery equipment.Due to the poor communication from service this is my first experience with customer service my physical therapist nurse was on hold for a long time several times sent fax for orders 3 different times.In fairness they still had to wait for proper approval through the insurance company.Which delay service for my equipment. Due to my situation which made it uncomfortable for the wait time at hand. Really wish I knew the name of the person I last spoke with for the delivery of my equipment. Receiving my cpap unit from Apria has been smooth, with one exception. I was sent a mask that is different than what was recommended. I called to ask to have my desired masked shipped to me and was told I need a home visit.
