Cheryl from America’s Best made my eye appointment fantastic. I was extremely nervous attending this appointment since I’ve never gone alone ,but she made me feel comfortable instantly by engaging in conversation & explaining every process of the appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The staff at America's Best couldn't have been more friendly. Came in for an eye exam and was a little apprehensive about the situation due to me not haven't have done this in 15 years. Cheryl, the the technician explained the process each step of the way and put any worries I had to ease. Rashonna helped check me in and out. It should be noted that while being very busy with phone calls and other customers, Rashonna was always pleasant and keep the experience light hearted and fun.Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you all.

Ms. Cheryl was very welcoming, patient and polite, as well as the entire AB staff. Ms. Cheryl explained every step of the process and made sure I understood everything. I really enjoyed having her help me today.
