I had an issue with my tax preparation due to an error , and American Tax handled it with so much patience and kindness. My tax preparer truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was corrected and explained clearly. Altovist was absolutely amazing professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me. The customer service alone is worth recommending. I’m very grateful for the support and will definitely be returning!
Oneil was very nice and patient with me. Helped me every step of the way and made sure to explain everything to me where I could understand. Even gave me a goodie bag with souvenirs. 10/10 would recommend filing with this company!
Great place, the tax preparers are both astute and efficient! Adrienne is awesome! I've been coming here for 3yrs and I've never been let down. As far as relationships goes,this is a"keeper"! 5 stars,all the way!! Plus,I love the T-shirts,too!! Lol
