“Teo installed new sod in our backyard after the sod we had installed last year failed to thrive. He advised us on the best type for our situation. He was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and gave suggestions. The workers arrived early and got the property ready for the sod. They were polite and efficient. “I tried to grow grass for eight years in front of my house on a slope with excess shade, Eight failures. OK in April, by July MAJOR ugly.My wife recommended landscaping as an alternative. I intereviewed/got bids from multiple firm, evaluated the reviews. I was impressed with the Operations Mgr, who sized the effort, recommended the plan, and provided the bid. They were not the lowest bidder. In my experience, using price as the only metric is being penny wise and pound foolish.I could not be more pleased with the work the Highground installation crew did for me. They were meticulous and accommodating. I needed a little more done. They did not take advantage. Innis and his team (on a scale from 1 to 5) deserves a 5 PLUS.
