I absolutely love this gym! Everyone is so friendly and eager to help you succeed and meet your goals! My trainer is wonderful and believes in me! He has me doing exercises that I didn't know I could do! He also helps with meal planning that you can continue with-not"dieting"! It's a lifestyle !

I love this place. The facility is clean. My trainer is awesome. Just completed my 1st week and it was hard but I got so much encouragement. I can't wait to see my body transformation. I will recommend to my friends.
