This is an honest review and no one asked me to leave one. I have found that buying online works best for me . Therefore. I have transitioned to purchasing online only no sales people. However, I will say., I have been a customer for about seven years with this company. I paid off a car and went back and got another one . Now I have about 4 months left in this car. Both my vehicles have been the best cars I’ve purchased .. very minimal repairs - ex a sensor..Or fuses . Toyota and a Chevy… they never sold me a bad car - more dependable than my newer car from an online purchase that has a 6 yr contract.Let me tell you what I have learned .. Not the best but certainly not the worst finance company. I paid my car off in February of this year. My loan was from July 2018-April 2022 (I think). I received the title roughly two weeks later. They were always pretty nice to me but I hate their website and trying to update my personal information. The website doesn’t track payments that aren’t made online and the balance is usually inaccurate. When you mail checks there are no receipts or confirmations of payment. They charge payment fees for processing which sucks and one random day they decided to only report to Equifax. That was a bummer because I was working so hard to build my credit.
