Caliber Car Wash - Mableton

wiper blade was ripped off during my wash (only had the car for two weeks) I understand accidents happen- but, they have made the process of getting it fixed difficult. also- I went for a car wash yesterday- and I paid $18 for a wash- very dissappointing. had to wash a few spots after myself. And the vacuums had no power- the power was so low that it qas not even enough power to hold the vacuum in the vacuum holder- they were all on the ground. I did ask an employee why they were so low- he suggested I move to another vacuum- it was the same. just to clarify- this was not at the Mableton Caliber - it was at the Chamblee Tucker Rd. location

Great customer service , I appreciate the help Johnny gave me. The whole team was very helpful and very satisfying. Will most definitely come again and would recommend my colleagues as well.

Great customer service and the machine actually does what it says.Update 10/26/23: since I became a monthly member the customer service has went down at this location, vacuums have been disconnected, 7:45 and no towels to dry your vehicle, receipts don't print...not feeling the same way, Caliber customer service training is needed badly or buy robots to hand out towels and pick them up...since the workers don't care about the patrons
