Thankfully the makeup artist stayed calm the entire time and immediately started discussing what kind of look I wanted instead of rushing into products. The hairstylist also adjusted my bun twice after I changed my mind about volume, and she never acted irritated about it. The appointment timeline became slightly delayed because of another bridal client arriving late, but the team still managed everything professionally. “Absolutely loved it. I have never found a salon i felt comfortable letting touch my hair. It's extremely long, thick and has curls so I've had a lot of nightmare experiences. The owner herself colored my hair (with help from another stylist at busy times) and made me feel safe in her chair. She listened to my concerns, my wants and I walked out with a smile.
