I've always had a good experience at Ogeecgee Vet. The vets there are great with my goats. Livestock vets are few and far between around here and its nice to have both Dr Pritchards in the area!
Both Chip & his daughter Taylor are amazing at what they do. They are very straight forward and to the point, which some people take as "being rude", but they are VERY honest. Chip & his assistant at the time, saved my moms dog from dying after she got into poison in a nearby yard. They saved me thousands by helping me figure out the correct diet for my Great Dane when she was having joint issues. They always get us in and out in a timely manner, and they are the cheapest vet we have ever been to. Cheap usually means poor service, but that is not the case here. If you want your animals taken care of and loved, bring them here!
Fortunately, the only vet in town is a great one. Small town vets that can personally respond to all-small and large- emergencies are a real resource that is extremely rare even in larger cities.
