Beautiful, Peaceful environment. The pedicure service was great. Sometimes the staff speaking their native language makes me question if they’re talking negatively about me or other patrons. Other than that very friendly.
I've been a regular and have admired Their work. On a visit for fill, pedicure, eyelash, and eyebrow a top eyebrow tech decided to unfortunately be rude because she was over booked.
Today 05.08.25 I called to schedule an appointment you info shows on caller ID, the receptionist was told not to schedule me. I've never been difficult. By tell the head lady not to be rude to me because she was over booked and made my eyebrows look unnatural another lady tech had to fix them. Today the staff left my call on live hold over an hour so I could hear the staff was instructed to not schedule me. I’ve been coming here for 13 years. The service can be amazing or awful and it really comes down to your nail tech, so if you get a good one stick with them and tip them well. For nails Jason and Jimmy do a good job. There are others but can’t speak from personal experience. For pedicures I go to Tina every time she’s quiet, but she’s a sweetheart, gives the best foot and leg massages and even asks if you want your toes filed or cut instead of just chopping away, she does a great job! Also she is always on time and waiting for me when I make an appointment!
