Trust made things easy. Our upstairs air went out on a Friday. Called Saturday morning and they were able to have someone out by early afternoon that same day. It turned out to be the capacitor so it was an easy fix, thankfully. Pricing was reasonable. The technician was great. And they sold me on the maintenance plan (no pressure at all) which gave me peace of mind.
