We hired Jay and his crew at Tru Quality Roofing to replace our roof. From the very beginning we felt that jay really cared about our project and he loved what he does. His knowledge and experience was on display. Jay set a date to start. The day he planned to start was overcast and I was sure he would reschedule but he didn't. His crew came in and went to work, tarping our Japanese maple trees so they would not get damaged. They removed our old shingles and cleaned up after. The job took 1 day I was amazed. We hired True Quality Roofing to replace a leaking roof, and they completed the project promptly and at a more competitive price than other quotes we received. Their workmanship and efficiency were so impressive that we began discussing additional home renovations.
Because the property is held in a Trust and required significant work, we obtained estimates from several contractors. Once again, Jay's proposal won—his scope of work and pricing outperformed the competition by a considerable margin.

With so many days’ raining, some problems occurred with our roof. We went to Mr. Jay Filipiak for help , who is a project manager in True Quality Roofing. Without hesitation, he promised to come and check what was happening asap. The outdoor temper was very high and it was on weekend. He came promptly and climbed up to the roof. Not only did he fix the problems but also check the whole roof. We were so touched to see what he had done for us. Thank you so much, Mr. Filipiak, for your help!!
