Our hot water tank exploded. That was Problem #1 but Servcat came out very quickly. But Problem #2 was worse. The tank had been steadily leaking into our lower levels causing black mold. They showed us where the mold was and came up with a detailedplan to help. They dealt with our homeowners insurance. Quick, painless and super efficient.
