This company has saved me twice when Apple’s online and phone help were useless! The first time I couldn’t locate a charger in stock that was compatible with my iPad, online or at any of the “box store” computer/office supply stores but this local store in Loganville had one at a very reasonable price! Today, I thought of them when Apple was useless again and they were able to restart my ipad in less than 5 minutes! (I had tried all the troubleshooting suggestions when my touchscreen and buttons were all frozen but nothing had worked. Amazing! My screen got broken by one of the kids and I brought it in got a quote and it got it back within an hour and a half! Super affordable and didn’t cost me an arm and leg! Jason was amazing! :)
Was having significant problems getting my Microsoft Surface Pro and docking port functioning in Dual Screen Mode. Jason was very professional, helpful, and cost effective. He will be my computer resource in the future. Thanks Jason !
