Great experience with Wesley and Roto-Rooter. New house with a fireplace set up for gas and we called to have the gas line run and the ventless fire logs installed. Wesley came same day to inspect and give us a quote. Came back the very next day, got the job done efficiently, was very kind and easy to work with, and lived up to the quote directly. Definitely would called them again and highly recommend Wesley!
Wesley came out on a Sunday when we were having hot water issues. He arrived and diagnosed what was wrong quickly and fixed the issue immediately! I would definitely recommend Them for your plumbing needs!
Wayne was exceptional. He was enthusiastic, worked extremely hard, did not even take time to wipe the sweat from his face from all his hard work. He gave an estimate and articulated everything including the warranty and guarantee for the price estimate. It was a pleasure to have him with all his hard work and smile doing the work that I could not do myself. With all my hard work previously with Home Depot tools, Wayne said that it was a good try but that in an hundred years that would not have been successful.
