I’m getting a little older. The make-up I learned in the 80’s via MTV no longer works. It actually hadn’t worked for a very long time. (Pretty sure 80’s make up never worked for any one 😬) So I stopped wearing makeup at all. Sure I tried from time to time but I couldn’t get it right. I tried watching tutorial videos but it still seemed daunting. Halie made it so easy! If you need a new look because you’ve gotten older, sign up for Lush Beauty Bar. I sure wish I had had a lesson like this when I first started wearing make up. It would have saved me from years of frustration. I would have signed my daughter up! I wanted to learn how to do my own makeup, so I took a couple one on one classes with Halie and I could not be happier with the outcome. She is easy to work with and fun to be around, which is important if you’re somewhat intimidated by makeup application beyond mascara, as I was. She helped me with exactly what I was looking for which was recommendations and instructions specific to my features, hair and skin tone, etc. There is no doubt I’ll be booking with Halie for future beauty needs ✨
If you are looking for glam for any occasion - look no further! Meighan did my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I am recommending her to anyone that will listen. I have never felt more beautiful and confident in my life than I did on my wedding day all thanks to Meighan. I went into my consultation a little nervous because when I previously had my hair and makeup professionally done by other MUAs/companies, I was disappointed or not given what I asked. I shared this with Meighan during my consultation, and she took note of all the things that I did not like so she could make sure to deliver the result I wanted - and boy did she deliver! I left my trial so happy and she perfectly duplicated my look for my wedding day! Not only is she EXTREMELY talented, communicative, responsive and a perfectionist, but she was the ultimate hype woman and amazing company the morning of my wedding. She made my getting ready process so much fun and had me ready with time to spare. I ADORE Meighan, and will trust only her for any glam I need in the future.
