I called two different companies out to quote a broken water line. This company and Rotorooter, Rotorooter sent a corporate sales representative to come give me a quote and Keep Smiling sent John. John went straight to work to figure out what the problem was while the other gentleman stood there building quotes for everything except the issue. John knew exactly what was wrong and gave me a price $2300 cheaper then Rotorooter who wanted to replace every pipe in my neighborhood under my expense (Over exaggeration but it felt like it)
