Customers have had positive experiences at this location. One reviewer mentions that the stylist was able to fix their son's hair after a bad cut, free of charge, and has become their go-to for the past year and a half. Another reviewer finds the stylists to be tenured and recommends using the same one every time, as the salon can get busy at times. The reviewer also suggests using the app to check in and save time.
While the salon is generally praised, one customer notes that those with curly or kinky hair may need to seek out a specialist, as the stylists may not be trained for specific hair types. However, the reviewer also states that for straight or wavy hair, as well as loose curls up to chin/shoulder length, the salon should be able to provide a good haircut. Overall, the customer is satisfied with the service and prices at Great Clips Loganville.
