The haircut, the stylist, and timeliness (check in, wait time, time in the chair, etc.) was all great, BUT I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE CHECK-OUT! I received an on-line coupon for a $8.99 haircut, but the computer system WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT!
Kelly, the stylist, said that they had a lot of coupon rejections recently!
WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? Don't send me a coupon for a reduced price to lure me in, then not accept it after my hair has been cut!
If Lacy didn't work there, it would not be the same! She is extremely talented and the sweetest lady EVER ... both of my autistic children finally have someone with patience and talent to do exactly how we wanted! ?? ?

I love going here because I know they'll cut my hair as short as I like it on the sides. A lot of places doubt that I could 'actually want' a 2 or 3 on the sides, but they never question me here! I do have SOME things of note.
As with any hair establishment, you need to be aware of your own hair and it's requirements. Yes, they are the "professionals", but for those of us with bordering on curly all the way through to kinky hair, you need to be self aware and know that the hairdresser you have may not be trained for your hair type.
