I have been using Carl and his crew for years twice a year for carpet cleaning maintenance. They always show up on time, extremely professional, and do a great job. There's plenty of carpet cleaners out there. Some good, some bad. This company is neither one. They're outstanding! From my initial contact to my appointment, the communication was always pleasant and timely. Before my appointment time, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, we confirmed the areas needing cleaning. He explained the process and he was very polite and professional. During the carpet cleaning, he was very attentive and worked neatly, meaning he was not messy with equipment parts scattered everywhere. Added bonus, this company does not have to use your water and electricity. *The last company I hired did.* After completion, before he left, he made sure I was satisfied with the service and I was. The price quoted was honest and on par for carpet cleaning. I sincerely appreciate the awesome service and attention and based off my service today, I will certainly continue using them.
