It has been nonstop raining since the job was completed and no more water is puddling in my basement. They were in communication from the initial visit to the final installation. All was coordinated and the crew showed up on time, and finished the job quickly. Big shout out to Angela who helped answer alot of my questions, ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work, and even helped explain what I would see in the basement over the next month. She even sent example pictures to help visualize. Overall, I highly recommend this company to resolve any waterproofing issues you may have.“

“Having Westbrook install a new roof on my home was surprisingly stress free, Todd Chalfant the owner came out and walked us step by step through the process.A new shingle roof should never be installed over the old shingle meaning the old shingle had to be torn off , ugh!! Westbrook went through Great lengths to protect my landscaping, tarps completely surrounded my Home, items that needed to be removed for protection were moved or covered. The clean up was spotless and very meticulous, it was apparent the crew Westbrook used has worked with him a long time as everything was organized. Todd the owner was constantly on the roof to detect anything that could potentially be a problem, rotten decking, adequate fasteners from original construction etc. There were a couple problem areas that he corrected and did not try and “upcharge” me. Everything was done as previously discussed and written in our contract and a few additional to boot! They were there on time, worked very hard, they do not work fast but they are continuous and steady! I liked having my roof replaced with no hidden fees, done on time with top of the line quality by a contractor that is fully insured! Told him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen in about 2 and a half weeks. He came to my home 2 days after our sit down to take measurements.
