We contacted Justin about a soft spot we found in our roof while cleaning gutters. He promptly came out to check the spot, and also offered to check the rest of the roof for us while he was there. He took photos and showed us all areas of concern. He and his father, William, returned the following week to repair all areas. I called Justin with Bonafide Roofing to come repair my gutters. He was so polite and patient answering all of my questions. After arriving on time and making the repairs, he noticed a weak spot on my roof. Justin inspected it and found that water had been getting in under a metal bracket that was not installed correctly by my previous satellite provider. He repaired all of the rotten wood and shingles.
