⭐ 1 Star - Entitled and poor customer service.

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service at this cleaners was extremely disappointing.

I came in to pick up my boyfriend’s dry cleaning since he was unable to make it himself. I did not have the physical ticket, but I provided his phone number and explained that I was picking up on his behalf. He has been a longtime customer of this business and is well known by the staff.

Have used this place since it opened however this will change. I dropped off a comforter and had to prepay not for a discount as it had been for years. No choice now, this kid working the counter could not get my info correct, did I mention I've used this place for years? Dropped off and a Sat. my ticket said to pick up the following Sat. and then that Thurs. I get a text that reads ready for pick up. Now I am dealing with a lady who did apologize for the mistake and said to come back on Sat.. Now these folks keep telling me what my pick up ticket says, I can read. The overall customer service at this location needs some serious adjustments. The man lady that is always at the front is very selective in how she treats people. Today is the last day I am supporting this location.
