With over a year of satisfied service, it is recognized as one of the best dry cleaners in the local area.
Have used this place since it opened however this will change. I dropped off a comforter and had to prepay not for a discount as it had been for years. No choice now, this kid working the counter could not get my info correct, did I mention I've used this place for years? Dropped off and a Sat. my ticket said to pick up the following Sat. and then that Thurs. I get a text that reads ready for pick up. Now I am dealing with a lady who did apologize for the mistake and said to come back on Sat.. Now these folks keep telling me what my pick up ticket says, I can read. So I return on the date listed my comforter is bagged and sitting on the shelf with the wrong tag on it....read full review
The overall customer service at this location needs some serious adjustments. The man lady that is always at the front is very selective in how she treats people. Today is the last day I am supporting this location.
I am giving 5 stars to Ms. Sue! Let me tell you, she has a bright face and is very kind. I stopped going to the cleaners years ago because the owners treated me somewhat rude... I thought Ms. Sue was the owner. She is amazing! Maybe I will start coming back.
