Nothing worse than a hot house due to A/C not working! I called Vinings Heating and Air to learn the workers were already in my area. Within 30 minutes or less, they arrived, provided diagnostic and resolved the issue. Alec was the worker I directly interacted with...great personality, energy and professionalism.

Absolutely blown away with their excellent customer service, and quick response time. We were having issues with our Thermostat. Vining heating and air was available same day to help us, where other companies wanted to schedule for 5 days out. We are so grateful for the amazing service you provided us. I had a furnace crisis the other day and thought I could wait a few months to get it fixed as winter was almost over. Nope...yesterday was too cold for my grandmother so I contacted Vining Heating and Air and a couple others. Michael Vining saved the day and came out pretty much immediately and didn't rake us over. They are now officially my heating and cooling company of choice. They were prompt and courteous and very affordable considering the circumstances. I cannot say enough good things about them Thanks.
